But most likely those are not identical to that one reported here. Note, the also mentioned "IUIAnimationTransitionLibrary" errors are present for me only in later Paint.NET releases after 4.0.6. This corresponds to the .NET requirements. So while all 4.x builds until 4.0.6 are .NET 4.5 based, all later needed at least .NET 4.7 or higher.
