[Bug 33787] after initial open of IE8 and open page in new tab to select add on & accelerators instead of Live

How did you install IE8? Note that we don't really support using native
internet explorer.

In any case, how do we reproduce this crash? You should also retest in 1.6-rc1,
as 1.4.1 is really old.
