[Bug 29169] SAMO-Touragent application, uses midas.dll, does not launch

when I am trying to register midas.dll, I am getting

err:ole:TLB_ReadTypeLib Loading of typelib L"\10ec\4dae\3ff4\7efe\0001" failed
with error 123
Successfully registered DLL midas.dll
