does anything change if you cd to the install directory and then start it?
cd ~/.wine/drive_c/Facade/util/sources/facade wine animEngineStarter.exe
(presuming that is the correct executable for starting the game)
It actually does, however: The starter "Façade.lnk" executes "C:\Facade\util\sources\facade\animEngineStarter.exe" without entering "C:\Facade\util\sources\facade", so I believe it's safe to assume that the expected behaviour doesn't quite apply here.
entering "C:\Facade\util\sources\facade" and running "animEngineStarter.exe" does infact start the game without any notable errors (that is, I haven't found any yet)
