[Bug 41269] MSI uninstaller does not clean up Registry's UpgradeCode, ProductCode

I just tested every step on Windows 10 64Bit and it works fine. Could you
please email me (no post here) the log file of the installation which you can
find

C:\Users\Public\Documents\Notation_3\Composer_3\Installation\Notation_Installation_LOG.log

and if it exists

C:\Users\Public\Documents\Notation_3\Composer_3\Installation\Notation_Software_LOG.log

and a screen shot of what you are seeing. Let's handle this issue via email
until it is resolved. Sorry for any inconvenience.
