[Bug 31749] King's Bounty: The Legend crashes when the spell "Poison Skull" is cast in combat

Is this still an issue with Wine 1.5.21 (or newer)?
As far as I see the King's Bounty games run fine with the built-in d3dx
libraries in recent Wine versions.
