wine --version
wine-6.15

Deleted all content inside .wine folder, no wine process running at that time:
cd ~/.wine/
rm -r *

Then I can run "wine --version" but not configure it:
winecfg
002c:fixme:actctx:parse_depend_manifests Could not find dependent assembly
L"Microsoft.Windows.Common-Controls" (6.0.0.0)
wine: could not load kernel32.dll, status c0000135
