@Wylda: if you're using the NVidia binary drivers, you're probably using DiabloII in 3D mode. Could you run D2VidTst.exe, switch to 2D (directdraw) mode and test again?
No i play in 2D. Because of bug 17503 you cant play 3D now. I did a retest just now. I am using screen resolution 1920x1200. I did four tests and everytime i left mouse cursor in different screen corner, but in my case, cursor disappears during movie playback. I still can't confirm this bug report.
