Sorry, I was not clear : disabling asserts, I do *NOT* get the random download error that can be seen with wargaming games.
But do you have issues with the gui launcher withoud doing any modifications? Because I believe you are reporting an issue that's related to the torrent downloading. And making this bug duplicate of the bug mentioned earlier.
