[Bug 43648] Waves Central: Crash in Windows 7 mode at startup

It happens immediately, at startup. There is not even an application window
opening, just the wine crash reporter to save the backtrace.

Again, this is when wine is set to Win7. 

The application starts up fine in XP mode, but since it does not offer any
features for XP there is no much use...
