Application continues with audio running in background, but no graphics can be seen. Requires vcrun2010 to get to this point. Also tested with and without "winetricks d3dx9". Audio doesn't run in background without d3dx9 (strangely enough) but no change in graphical output. The older nulldc-1.0.3 version works fine.
