As noted above by "winetest" - Courier New "fixes" this bug. In my case vanilla
wine-2.0-rc1 + courie32.exe (Courier New v2.82) activates "Next" button again
in cca 95% of license agreement.

Do we have a bug report purely for "Wine needs Courier New"?
