Microsoft's FontValidator
(https://www.microsoft.com/typography/FontValidator.mspx)
when processing certain fonts, try to access code page 708,
which is not available under wine.

FYI, mono has support for code page 708 - c.f. mcs/class/I18N/Rare/CP708.cs .
