[Bug 37236] 3dmark06 installer fails to start in win64 mode unless OS=vista

If I run wine like this;
$ WINEDEBUG=+tid,+seh,+relay wine ./3DMark06_v121_installer.exe >>log.txt 2>&1

There is no problem. But if I run wine like this;
$ wine 3DMark06_v121_installer.exe

It gives me the same error as in the console log I posted.
