[Bug 16366] Wine crashes with graphics exception

I did just now verify this doesn't work with Wine 1.1.13 and the supposedly
fixed setupapi.dll stub. I still get the exeption handling for this panda
graphics engine thing. Shell output is virtually identical with the old
shelldump above.
