[Bug 9592] Cursor seems not to move in Photoshop CS2 while hovering over a picture

Is mouse cursor supposed to change when it enters the windows? If yes, could
that be a problem with cursor itself, i.e. X can't create/draw the cursor from
the data we/Photoshop send to it? Can you try to hack SetCursor to always set
cursor to something simple like OCR_NORMAL?
