If it's a steam version, you have to install Steam client in Wine, and install game with it. How are you running it now? Is it a copy of a game installed on Windows?
It's not the steam version. The only thing i can't get is steam so i cracked the game on my pc and i moved it over to my macbook and for a long time it worked. Now it does nothing or it opens and black screens instantly and crashes.
