[Bug 9484] ProtectDISC 6.x: media validation fails (Mathetrainer 5)

The first call to CreateServiceA call on line 228368 of that log fails with
error code ERROR_SERVICE_EXISTS which means that the call to
scmdatabase_find_service in the svcctl_CreateServiceW function of
programs/services/rpc.c failed.  

Is this meant to be like this?
