[Bug 2339] DVD Shrink Open Files dialog doesn't work

I do have permission. I am actually the owner and when I run:

wine DVDShrink.exe d:

drive is read.

The problem is that DVDShrink/DVD Decrypter can not find it in File Open/initially.
