WINEDEBUG=+d3d in wine-1.9.23-141-g1e78138

Since I am not sure what is going on with this bug and attempting to implement
the unhandled fourcc formats is a bit beyond me, I am also attaching a log
generated using WINEDEBUG=+d3d in case it helps to diagnose the problem.
