ntdll/directory.c: add support for \\.\PHYSICALDRIVE to
wine_nt_to_unix_file_name

Did this patch to make 'DiskInternals Linux Recovery' detect all my hard disks,
has to be changed from hardcoded to either autodetect or winecfg setting.
