My screenshot shows that its running from the win95 directory of Special
Edition: https://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=79079

Maybe there's still a difference between 95 and Special Edition despite sharing
file consistencies.

Otherwise something changed recently for Wine 10.13 from 10.12 that I tested
against.
