[Bug 27113] Free download manager "Unknow network error" without native wininet

I can reproduce the problem by forcing the proxy usage. Do you have proxy in
your system? FDM seems to only use proxy if it's configured in the system. IMO
the title should be changed to "Free Download Manager gets unknow network error
if proxy authentication is enabled".
