[Bug 21537] Red Alert hangs on mission accomplished screen

It turns out this is not a but in Wine after all. My game happened to be
installed on a NTFS drive and it turns out my Arch can't write to it - thus Im
guessing RA hangs when it tried to write the stats file (Top scores at mission
accomplished screen) to disk.

This bug can be closed as it was not a bug in Wine. The game does not hang if I
install it on my ext4 partition.
