[Bug 22091] Dragon Age Awakening setup crashes with ntdll error

Tried installing Dragon Age Awakening, the fix by Sam does not work around the
issue.

err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0x7efec8e4 "loader.c:
loader_section" wait timed out in thread 0009, blocked by 001f, retrying (60
sec)
