Last remark: I get the same incorrect unzipped files when i use my Archive
Manager.

I opened a bugreport for file-roller (Archive Manager Gnome) for this issue:
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=777112

When `unzip` works correctly then I guess Archive Manager should do the same,
so let`s see if they can solve the problem.
