[Bug 58361] Genshin Impact: Game cannot start while an internet-connection is available

This issue happens again on my computer.

I did not configure my computer to use a proxy, and, accordingly, the
"Proxy"-setting in GNOME Settings is set to "Off". I did not change the setting
since opening this issue-report.

The version of Genshin Impact is currently 5.8.
