[Bug 13393] closing one virtual desktop closes other(s)

Wineboot --end-session still closes running programs in other desktops. This
can be verified by running:

"wine explorer /desktop=x,640x480 wineboot --end-session"

However, it seems that for some reason pressing the close button on the virtual
desktop no longer runs wineboot --end-session, even though from reading the
explorer code it should.
