Your setup is obviously broken.
Well, maybe, but instead of just assuming that straight out it's probably better to ask the user to test with a clean prefix first. In fact, as it happens, this is bug 47912, and that message is a direct symptom thereof.
1. Why are you using Wine Staging?
Ken, it's been pointed out several times that we support Wine-Staging in this bug tracker; please stop asking this question in this form.
