avifil32 in Wine is missing implementation of IAVIStrem/IAVIFile proxy in its
class factory which is required for multi-threaded apartments support. This
involves adding appropriate registry keys (ProxyStubClsid32) along with
IAVIStrem/IAVIFile proxy support in the avifil32 class factory.

Workaround: avifil32=n
