server/ptrace.c test patch for new kernel breakpoints

This is a test patch to wineserver ptrace.c to enable BO2 zombies to launch on
Linux kernel >= 4.19. I can't guarantee this won't break something else so use
it at your own risk.  Better to wait for wine team to create official fix if
you are in doubt.
