Thanks for looking at it. I also have d3dx11_43, d3drm, vb6run, vcrun2017 and
gdiplus installed. Not sure whether they have a bearing or not, but I only
needed to install the two packages I mentioned (d3dcompiler_47 and dotnet48) to
get the installer to run.
