[Bug 45999] Opening File dialog in Micrographx Windows Draw 4.0 causes Unhandled exception

The free trial is actually a modern version made by Corel after they bought
Micrographx.

I installed the free trial version (on one of my Windows boxes) and it wont
open a number of my Windows Draw files that are complex. Windows Draw 4.0 will
read and display them fine.
