[Bug 35944] wine 1.6 - i can not open burowin

I installed wine version 1.7.15 -
I send the mandar01 screenshots, mandar02, mandar03

the program tries to open the program burowin - I need to enter
 my and logging to my datebase Oracle 10g - just open a box but does not open
the program.

I open it with debugger -> output "fich01"
