[Bug 49733] Hearthstone Installer executet by wine havent permission to create directorys

.wine is in my home directory (/home/MY_USER_NAME/.wine), so ive got all
writing and reading permissions there.

Ive added the log for 'wine ~/Downloads/Hearthstone-Setup.exe
WINEDEBUG=+timestamp,+tid,+file'
