[Bug 11788] Icewind Dale crashes when starting

Ok, so I finally found time to try with a fresh WINEPREFIX and the result is
the same for me, Icewind Dale (with Heart of Winter) still crashes upon
startup.

However, plain old Icewind Dale (without Heart of Winter) does *not* crash
while starting, and indeed it appears to work just fine, although I didn't go
beyond the main menu.
