[Bug 47137] HX Edit v2.71 (Line 6) crashes on startup (Wine builtin ' gdiplus.dll' missing version resource)

Confirmed that with <winetricks -q gdiplus> HX Edit launches. However, it does
not find the hardware connected via USB. Do i need to something to get the USB
port working in Wine?

Also, the interface is tiny because it doesn't seem to respect the scaling set
in winecfg.
