Hmmm.  I don't know what's going on with your setup.  You might also want to
uninstall Wine and delete your .wine directory "rm -rf ~.wine" and then
reinstall wine-1.1.2, which is the version I was using with the directions
provided.
You do not want to use builtin option.  I chose native only.
