Hm, so I don't seem to be able to reproduce the issue, but I can see a
potential problem, which is that I'm not releasing the
IRawElementProviderSimple returned from get_HostRawElementProvider in the last
two calls to that method. I'll send a patch for this, and hopefully it helps.

Not sure why it doesn't seem to be reproducing consistently.
