Actually the file is not created during setup in Windows, you have to manually
call SYNSOPOS with the -regsel parameter.

This is the folder where the file resides in XP:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Syncrosoft

Copying the file does not work, most probably it uses some unique ID data of
the machine it was generated to avoid duplication.

In XP the setup process takes a long time in a "installing drivers" screen so I
guess this will not work in wine.
