In some cases one can get an extra two failures:

threadpool.c:272: Test failed: WaitForSingleObject returned 258
threadpool.c:273: Test failed: expected info.userdata = 0x10000, got 0
threadpool.c:278: Test failed: RtlDeregisterWait failed with status 103
threadpool.c:285: Test failed: WaitForSingleObject returned 0
