16k page hacks

Attaching the hacks I used to get 16k pages working.

Environment:
- Asahi Linux Fedora on M1 Mac Mini
- llvm-mingw-20231128

You'll also need to set 16k pages for the PE binaries:
export CROSSLDFLAGS="-Wl,-section-alignment=16384"
