[Bug 48483] Mouse cursor always visible in Gothic 2 with D3D11 renderer

This issue is caused by forced borderless fullscreen mode. One way how to
replicate is by setting
zStartupWindowed=1
with systempack and then cursor is always visible even without GD3D11.
