When the download finishes and you click through to the installer it makes you read an EULA. The "Accept" button is greyed out and (in normal windows functionality) when you scroll to the end of the EULA the "Accept" button can be utilized. Running the Application from the download "/home/chadwick/Desktop/D2-1.12A-enUS/Installer.exe" The output is quite verbose and includes a lot of stuff from fixme:mshtml:HTMLElement2_get_scrollTop and fixme:mshtml:HTMLElement2_get_scrollHeight .
