I mean WINHTTP_OPTION_SECURE_PROTOCOLS. I wrote a test for this case and it
fails on Windows with ERROR_WINHTTP_INCORRECT_HANDLE_TYPE. That means Wine
behaves correctly here and the problem must be somewhere else.
