[Bug 38421] Windows Media Player 9 & 10: mp3 sound plays too fast

It tries to enumerate DMOs with DMOEnum() looking for MP3->PCM capable object,
on Windows it should work as it has mp3dmod.dll registered for this category.
After this lookup fails it uses another way to play it, for which DMOGetName
doesn't work (as it should). I'll try to see what happens with native quartz.
