Well, one of the problems is in gdiplus. If you see in the picture data pasted
above you can see it starts with 010009 which is normal for WMF files however
they usually start with a different signature which is what wine's gdiplus
expects, so gdiplus:get_codec_info fails

However, even if I patch wine's gdiplus to recognize that as wmf it still fails
elsewhere
