If I may add a comment in case anyone else has this issue. I was testing Microsoft Money 2005. See reports at: http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=2729 I was installing in a clean environment. In order for Microsoft Money to run, currently it seem a requirement to have to install Internet Explorer 6. This was installed using winetricks. No other configuration was undertaken. So the "old native urlmon.dll" installed I presume must have come from either the installation of Microsoft Money and/or from the installation of Internet Explorer 6.
