[Bug 23622] Severe bugs make displaying .chm files a disaster

This is a nice workaround. So there seems to be a new bug with the .chm
subsystem.

If I move my .chm file to some other directory and open it, it displays text
content only. However, images and links are still not visible.

I guess, there are multiple bugs involved.
