Browsing any application (so far that I have tried) only shows the following in the test result area:
No Test Results
This version has no test results, please consider submitting some. They may be part of the version or application description. If they are, please consider becoming a maintainer and remove them, submitting a proper test report instead.

A pending merge request will fix the issue: https://gitlab.winehq.org/winehq/appdb/-/merge_requests/22 This test results bug was introduced by recent commits toward a solution to separate AppDB from Bugzilla https://bugs.winehq.org//show_bug.cgi?id=56706.
